The examples of furniture and cabinetry presented highlight how paint can transform new and existing pieces to fit a designer’s vision. We have glazed, stained and limed cabinetry in kitchens, baths, libraries and bedrooms in every color, shade and finish imaginable.
For kitchen cabinetry, we generally stick to color washes in lighter tones; accent pieces, i.e. kitchen islands, display cabinets and chairs are where we use a wide range of color and finish.
Interior design today is a mix of periods and continents. The subtlety of Swedish grays and chalky whites, the bold colors of the Mediterranean and the time worn rustic French wood patinas bring necessary character to decoration.
